 "Being new to Calgary, I had no contacts or referrals for a good realtor. I was in the market to find a home and had to find one fast. My wife and I were on the market to buy a house, but we had a few strict criterias. We had no referrals for a realtor, so we just randomly "cold called" Tara one evening. She was friendly and approachable right off the bat. 

Tara provided us with excellent realty services; gave insightful feedbacks, shared her knowledge of real estate and the current market, and constantly updating us on the properties we were interested in or new-found properties that fits our criteria. I was impressed with how efficient Tara was in finding properties that fits our criteria and was able to book a lot of showings with short notice. None of the time we spent out looking at houses was wasteful. Every trip was well planned and organized, and we never felt rushed during viewings. Tara has a great attitude and she is enthusiatic about what she does. She was always easy to get a in touch with. Tara's not out-to-get-a-quick-sale type of realtor.
